Marily Cottage

Marily Cottage sits in Honiton, a market town known for its antiques trade, independent shops and cafes along the high street. The property accommodates four adults across two super-king-size bedrooms, each zip-and-link and convertible to twins on request, with a sofa bed in the lounge available as additional sleeping space. Children under 18 are not accepted, babes in arms excepted.

The layout runs from a conservatory-diner through French doors into the sitting room, where comfortable sofas face a Smart TV and an electric fire. The kitchen alongside holds an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and a washer-dryer. One bedroom has an en-suite wet room with shower and WC, arranged Jack-and-Jill style so it also opens from the hallway, forming the single bathroom for the property.

To the side of the cottage, an enclosed lawn with garden furniture provides a private outdoor area. One parking space is provided on the owners' driveway directly outside; further parking is available by arrangement. EV charging is available on site at the owners' discretion and guests must bring their own leads. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome.

A pub and shop are both within walking distance. The Blackdown Hills and East Devon Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty are a short drive away, and the Jurassic Coast resorts of Sidmouth, Seaton and Lyme Regis are reachable by car.
