Set in the heart of Croyde, this three-storey holiday home sleeps ten across five bedrooms and four bathrooms, with the village's shops and pubs roughly 200 metres away and the beach about a mile on foot. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure by 10:00. Dogs are not permitted.

The layout spans three floors. On the ground floor, two king-size bedrooms share a family shower room, with one bedroom opening directly onto the patio. The second floor holds the open-plan kitchen, dining and living space, a bunk room with two sets of bunks and its own en-suite shower room, and a balcony accessed from the lounge. The top floor has a king-size room with a freestanding-bath en suite and the super-king master bedroom, which has its own Smart TV, an en-suite shower room and sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, built-in microwave and a Lavazza coffee machine.

The ground floor also contains a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a games room with air hockey, Street Fighter and Pac-Man arcade machines plus a bar area with a wine fridge. Two travel cots, two highchairs and stairgates on all stair levels are available, making the property practical for families with young children.

Outside, an enclosed patio with furniture is suitable for al fresco dining, and a gas BBQ is provided. An external shower and storage for bikes and surfboards cater well for active stays. An EV charging point is on site, though charges apply. Security cameras cover the front door and the car parking spaces for the owners' use.
