This reverse-level property near Appledore sleeps six across three bedrooms, all located on the lower floor. The layout puts the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining space upstairs, taking advantage of the triple-aspect windows and a large decked balcony where meals or a barbecue can be enjoyed outdoors. Inside, the kitchen area includes an induction hob, two electric ovens, a dishwasher, wine fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine, alongside a breakfast bar for casual dining.

Downstairs, the first bedroom has a super-king-size bed and its own en-suite shower room with WC, while the second offers a king-size bed. The third bedroom contains twin zip-and-link beds that can be converted to a super-king on request. A separate main bathroom with a shower over the bath serves the remaining bedrooms, and a further WC sits off the utility room near the entrance hall, useful for guests coming in from the garden.

Outside, a rear patio and lawned garden are fully enclosed, giving families and dog owners a secure space to relax, with garden games provided for children. A private hot tub sits in this area, with towels supplied, alongside garden furniture and a gas barbecue. A shed offers storage for bikes, wetsuits or surfboards. Off-road parking is available for two cars.

Up to three dogs can stay, with bowls, blankets and treats provided, though additional charges may apply. A travel cot and highchair are available for younger guests. Internet access is provided throughout the property, and the accommodation is decorated for Christmas during the festive season. Guests should note that arrival is from 4pm and departure before 10am.
