This three-storey property looks out over the harbour at Mount Batten, near Plymouth, with the South West Coast Path running close by for those wanting to walk on to nearby beaches and the fishing village of Turnchapel. A water taxi connects the area to Plymouth's Barbican, giving access to the city's restaurants, bars and the Hoe without needing a car for the evening.

The ground floor holds a double bedroom with wooden flooring and sliding patio doors onto a balcony with sea views, along with a single bedroom that also enjoys a sea outlook, and a shower room with WC. The third bedroom, on the first floor, has a king-size bed, TV and an en-suite Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower over the bath, also reachable from the landing. The kitchen/diner sits on this level too, fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, with sliding doors opening onto a Juliet balcony over the marina. A wooden dining table completes the space.

The lounge occupies the second floor, with sliding doors and a terrace giving further views over the harbour and its comings and goings; this room also has a TV. Two waterfront balconies serve the property in total, one from the ground-floor bedroom and one from the lounge, each fitted with outdoor seating.

The property sleeps four across its three bedrooms. Off-road parking is provided on site, and internet access is available. One dog is welcome, though additional charges may apply. A travel cot and highchair are supplied for younger guests. Arrival is from 14:30 and departure before 10:00.
