2 Beach Cottage

2 Beach Cottage is a renovated, semi-detached holiday home right on the water in Hooe, near Mount Batten. It sleeps 3 across two bedrooms, with a composite decked balcony giving views over the lake.

The open-plan living space has a dual-aspect layout with bi-fold doors onto the water, and a fitted kitchen with an electric oven, 5-ring gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Upstairs, the king-size bedroom has its own Juliet balcony and TV, while the second bedroom holds a single bed, with a truckle bed available on request.

The decked balcony overhangs the water with a glass balustrade and outdoor furniture, and a separate enclosed terrace with furniture is a spot for breakfast outside. Free on-street parking is available nearby, and there are two TVs in the cottage, one in the living space and one in the king-size bedroom.

Mount Batten Watersports and Activities Centre, close by, runs stand-up paddleboarding and kayaking sessions, and a water taxi from Mount Batten crosses over to Plymouth's Barbican waterfront. Jennycliff Beach is within easy reach along the South West Coast Path.

2 Beach Cottage takes one pet. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and smoking is not permitted. The shop is 0.2 miles away and the pub 0.1 miles. The property does not accept one-night bookings or short breaks in August.
