Sunnymead Cottage

Sunnymead Cottage is a semi-detached barn conversion about four miles from the village of Ashwater, in a tranquil rural setting with an enclosed lawned garden. It sleeps 4 across a double bedroom with its own en-suite shower, basin and WC, and a separate twin bedroom.

A second bathroom has a spa bath and shower over, basin and WC, and there's also a separate cloakroom with basin and WC on the ground floor. The kitchen has a dining area alongside a separate sitting room, giving guests room to spread out. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, and a Smart TV with Freeview covers evenings in, with WiFi provided, though the signal can be unreliable at times.

Oil central heating covers the whole cottage, with fuel and power included in the rent, and bed linen and towels are also provided. Outside, the enclosed lawned garden has furniture for sitting out, a peaceful spot given the rural surroundings, and off-road parking is provided for 2 cars.

One well-behaved pet is welcome at Sunnymead Cottage, and the cottage is no smoking throughout. The nearest shop and pub are about 4 miles away in Ashwater, so it's worth stocking up before settling in.
