Honeysuckle Cottage

Honeysuckle Cottage is a semi-detached barn conversion about four miles from the village of Ashwater, in a peaceful rural setting with an enclosed lawned garden. It sleeps 5 across a double bedroom with its own en-suite shower, basin and WC, a second double bedroom with a TV, and a single bedroom.

A family bathroom has a spa bath and shower over, basin and WC, and there's also a separate cloakroom with basin and WC on the ground floor. The open-plan living area combines a kitchen, dining space and sitting area, a sociable spot for family meals and gatherings with friends. The kitchen has an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer and dishwasher, and a Smart TV with Freeview is provided, along with WiFi, though the signal can be unreliable at times.

Oil central heating covers the whole cottage, with fuel and power included in the rent, and bed linen and towels are also provided. Outside, the enclosed lawned garden has furniture for sitting out, and off-road parking is provided for 2 cars.

One well-behaved pet is welcome at Honeysuckle Cottage, and the cottage is no smoking throughout. The nearest shop and pub are about 4 miles away in Ashwater, so it's worth stocking up before settling in.
