Little Henford

Little Henford is a single-storey cottage on the outskirts of Ashwater, a rural village in West Devon. The double bedroom has an en-suite wet room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. A compact kitchenette covers the essentials with a two-ring electric hob, air fryer with combi grill, fridge and freezer compartment.

The living/dining room has a sofa bed, a dining table with seating, and a TV, with no door separating the bedroom, kitchenette and living/dining room. Outside, an enclosed private courtyard has gravel and furniture, with a barbecue available on request. A footpath directly opposite the cottage leads into the surrounding Devon countryside, useful for walking dogs.

Little Henford takes two well-behaved dogs, with a second dog available to request at the time of booking. A travel cot and highchair can be provided on request, though cot linen isn't supplied. The sofa bed is for flexible sleeping arrangements only, and available by request rather than as standard. Oil central heating covers the property, and WiFi is included.

Off-road parking is provided for two cars, and the shop is 1.2 miles away with the pub 1.1 miles. Roadford Lake, with its sailing and fishing, is a few miles from the cottage. Smoking is not permitted.
