Sunny Views is a detached property in the rural town of Combe Martin, on the edge of Exmoor National Park and the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The property sleeps 6 across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en-suite to a king-size bedroom.

Three bedrooms, each with a Smart TV, offer a choice of two king-size rooms, one with its own en-suite walk-in shower, and a twin. The main bathroom has a bath, a walk-in shower, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC, and there's a separate cloakroom downstairs for guests. A utility room takes care of the laundry, and contemporary furniture fills the kitchen/diner for family meals.

The kitchen/diner is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, plus a kettle and toaster, and four Smart TVs with WiFi cover the property, one in each bedroom and the sitting room. Highchair and stairgate are available for younger guests, and gas heating runs throughout the house.

Sunny Views takes one well-behaved pet. The front decking is enclosed, with furniture and a barbecue, alongside a lawn and a side garden with further furniture for outdoor time. Off-road parking is provided for two cars, and the shop is 0.1 miles away, with the pub 0.3 miles. The lane approaching the property is steep, worth bearing in mind when booking. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and smoking is not permitted.
