Sunny Deck

Sunny Deck is a detached holiday home within walking distance of Braunton, decorated throughout in soft neutral tones. The entrance hall leads into an open lounge and dining area, where large windows and patio doors bring in plenty of natural light. Two sofas sit either side of a gas fire, with a separate dining table nearby for evening meals.

The kitchen is fitted with a U-shaped run of units and worktop space for preparing meals, along with an oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. A porched area off the kitchen connects to a utility room housing the washing machine, an under-counter freezer and a clothes airer, plus a separate WC and space for hanging wetsuits and storing beach equipment.

The property sleeps six across three bedrooms. The double bedroom has its own en-suite shower room and a door leading directly out to the garden, while the twin room's zip-and-link beds can be converted into a super-king configuration if requested in advance. A second bathroom serves the king-size bedroom, with a shower over the bath.

Outside, a lawned garden with a raised decked area and outdoor furniture is enclosed for privacy, with a barbecue available for evening use. Private parking is provided for one car, with further roadside parking nearby. A pub and shop are within half a mile, and guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. Dogs are not permitted at this property, and arrival is from 4pm with departure by 10am.
