Ash Barn, Braunton

This detached house in Braunton sleeps six across three ground-floor bedrooms, with the main living space arranged upstairs to make the most of views across the village towards the coast. The layout suits a family or group wanting bedrooms and communal areas kept apart, with the lounge, kitchen and dining space all on the first floor.

The upstairs lounge has patio doors onto a balcony and a wood burner for cooler evenings, while the open-plan kitchen/diner has windows on three sides looking over the valley. Downstairs, the king-size bedroom opens directly onto a patio, and there's a second bathroom with a walk-in shower alongside the family bathroom upstairs.

Outside space is split between the balcony, fitted with an outdoor dining table, the ground-floor patio off the master bedroom, and a fully enclosed pebbled courtyard reached by a path. An integral garage provides storage for bikes and beach gear and houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Private parking is available on the drive for two medium-sized cars, accessed via an un-adopted lane. Up to three dogs can stay, with additional charges applying. A travel cot and highchair are provided as standard, and a stairgate can be arranged on request. Internet access is available throughout the property.
