Florence - Braunton

Florence sits in the village of Braunton, within walking distance of shops, pubs and restaurants. This stylish home sleeps six across three bedrooms and offers plenty of space for a family or group looking to explore North Devon's coastline and trails.

The open-plan living area combines a comfortable lounge with a Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with an electric double oven, induction hob and dishwasher, and a dining table for family meals. A separate snug provides a second Smart TV and a sofa bed, along with games and books, giving older children their own space to relax. A utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer, and there is a handy separate WC downstairs.

The three bedrooms comprise two king-size rooms and one twin room with zip-and-link beds that can be converted to a super-king on request. One king-size room has an en-suite shower room, while the family bathroom offers a bath and separate shower. With two bathrooms plus the extra downstairs WC, the layout suits families or two couples sharing comfortably.

Outside, the rear garden is fully enclosed with a paved patio and garden furniture, and outdoor taps at front and back are useful for rinsing off sandy feet or muddy paws after a walk. Off-road parking is available for up to four cars, with a small garage area for storing surfboards and bicycles. Two dogs are welcome, with additional charges applying, and a welcome pack is provided. Wifi is available at the property, and Braunton itself is within easy reach on foot for everyday essentials.
