Ivy Barn - Braunton

Ivy Barn dates from 1638 and was renovated by a heritage builder in 2007, retaining original beams and a vaulted ceiling in the main living space. It sits within walking distance of Braunton, with pubs and shops accessible on foot rather than by car.

The ground floor holds two bedrooms, a double and a twin, each with its own television, served by a family bathroom with a bath, separate walk-in shower and WC. Upstairs, the open-plan lounge and kitchen forms the main gathering space, fitted with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. A third bedroom on this floor, a double, has an ensuite bathroom with bath and WC. The lounge has a Smart TV, DVD player and PlayStation with a selection of games.

A double garage accessed from the hallway houses the washing machine and tumble dryer, and has an electrically operated door with space to park one car and store bikes, surfboards or wetsuits. Additional on-street parking is available subject to availability.

Up to two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Internet access is provided. Check-in runs from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. The property is decorated for Christmas during the festive season.
