Sundowner Cottage

Sundowner Cottage accommodates eight guests across four bedrooms and sits close to the Devon-Dorset border, within reach of both countryside walking and the coast. Axminster is about two miles away, offering shops, pubs and restaurants, while Charmouth and Lyme Regis beaches are both within five miles.

The ground floor centres on a lounge with ample seating, a Smart TV and a wood burner set in a brick surround. A separate dining room with a chandelier and a fully equipped kitchen with an island and additional seating complete the main living spaces. A downstairs WC and a utility room with washing machine and dryer round things off at ground-floor level; the utility room also serves as a space for the two permitted dogs.

Upstairs, the super-king-size bedroom has its own en-suite shower room and a Smart TV. A second king-size room also has an en-suite shower room, while the remaining king-size and the twin bedroom share the family bathroom, which includes a shower over the bath and a WC. The kitchen is equipped with an electric double oven, hob, fridge-freezer, instant boil tap, dishwasher and double wine chiller. A travel cot and highchair are available for younger guests.

The enclosed garden has mature trees, a lawn and patio areas with outdoor seating and a BBQ. Parking is available for up to three cars on site. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00.
