Barley Cottage

Barley Cottage sits in Weycroft, on the outskirts of Axminster, close to Lyme Regis and the Jurassic Coast. The cottage sleeps 6 across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with an enclosed, lawned garden separated from the house by a public driveway.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a Smart TV and an en suite with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, while the double and twin bedrooms share a bathroom with a corner bath, shower over, basin and WC.

The sitting room has an exposed stone fireplace with a woodburning stove and a Smart TV, and the kitchen/diner has an electric range with oven and hob, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. A second TV with Freeview, WiFi and a Sony music system are also provided, and gas central heating covers the cottage, with fuel, power and a stove starter pack included in the rent.

The garden has a patio, furniture, a barbecue hut and a firepit, though there is an unfenced stream running through it, so young children need watching. A travel cot and stairgate are available, and private parking is provided for 3 cars. Barley Cottage takes one well-behaved pet, there are steps up from the parking space, and smoking is not permitted.
