Sunalways

Sunalways is one of nine cottages set within a working farm complex close to Berrynarbor, sleeping up to 5 guests across two ground-floor bedrooms. This is reverse-level accommodation, with a double bedroom and a second room fitted with three single beds on the ground floor, alongside the family bathroom, which has a bath, separate shower and WC. Upstairs, an open-plan living area with vaulted ceilings and oak beams houses the sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen, including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Outside, guests have their own courtyard area with a picnic table and access to a charcoal barbecue, plus use of a further shared lawn with outdoor seating. The property forms part of a complex set within 18 acres of gardens and paddocks, where resident donkeys, a pony, and grazing sheep and cows can be seen from the surrounding meadows.

Shared on-site facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool open from 9am to 6pm, a sunken hot tub available all year round, and a sauna operating only during the off-peak season, all with access to changing and shower facilities. Families with children can make use of an enclosed outdoor play area with a swing basket, trampoline and baby swing, along with an indoor games barn offering table tennis, a pool table and table football. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.

Off-road parking is provided for two cars, and up to two dogs are welcome, with additional charges applying. Internet access is available at the property, and towels are included in the stay. Given the working farm setting and shared facilities across the wider complex, this cottage suits families and groups who enjoy an active, countryside-based stay rather than complete seclusion.
