Seaview

Seaview is a stone cottage on a working farm above Berrynarbor, one of nine similar properties sharing a complex of gardens, paddocks and amenities. From the garden bench guests can look out across the surrounding valley, and there is a picnic table and charcoal barbecue for outdoor dining just outside the door.

Inside, a hallway leads to a lounge with sofas and a TV with DVD player, and a kitchen/diner fitted with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The double bedroom has its own en-suite shower room with WC, while the second bedroom, furnished with bunk beds and a single bed, is served by a separate family bathroom with a bath and WC. The property sleeps up to five.

Shared facilities across the site include an indoor heated swimming pool open from 9am to 6pm, a sunken hot tub available year-round, and a sauna offered during off-peak season only, all with changing and shower facilities. A gravelled and lawn area with seating is shared with other cottages, along with a children's play area with a swing basket, trampoline and baby swing, and an indoor games barn with table tennis, a pool table and table football. Guests are also welcome to meet the resident donkeys and pony, with sheep and cows grazing the wider farm meadows.

Off-road parking is provided for up to three cars, and up to two dogs are permitted with an additional charge. Internet access is available on site. Arrival is from 4.30pm and departure by 10am.
