Easter Court

Easter Court is a converted barn adjoining the owners' property, set in an elevated position above the Sterridge Valley near Berrynarbor. The village, with its pub, tearooms, post office and local store, lies less than half a mile along the lanes, and the property is reached via a shared driveway with the owners, who respect guests' privacy during their stay.

The accommodation sleeps six across three bedrooms. A ground-floor super king-size room has its own en suite shower room with WC, while the first floor holds a second super king-size bedroom and a twin room, sharing a family bathroom with WC. The open-plan hallway, lounge and kitchen give access directly onto the pool area, and the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, plus a dining table seating six.

Outside there is a large enclosed garden with lawns and a terrace for seating, along with a charcoal barbecue. The outdoor swimming pool is heated by solar power and a heat pump and is for the exclusive use of guests during the pool season, which runs from spring to mid-September; check current dates before booking, as it is not available year-round. A tennis court and AstroTurf football pitch are also available anytime, with equipment provided free of charge.

Practical details worth noting: parking is ample and off-road, Wi-Fi is available, and a travel cot and highchair can be provided for younger guests. One dog is welcome, with additional charges applying, though stag and hen parties are not accepted. Arrival is from 4pm and departure by 10am, and guests should bring their own pool and beach towels for use around the swimming pool.
