Court Cottage

Court Cottage is a detached Grade II-listed property in Berrynarbor, a village in North Devon with a pub and shop within walking distance. The cottage sleeps up to five guests across three bedrooms: a king-size on the ground floor beside the family bathroom (shower over bath and WC), and two further rooms on the first floor, another king-size and a double, both with countryside views.

The living room has two sofas facing each other and a wood burner with a starter pack of logs included. The kitchen is fully fitted with a range oven, five-ring gas hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine and Ninja Air Fryer. The dining room looks out over Sterridge Valley, and a utility room near the kitchen houses a washer-dryer. A Smart TV and welcome pack are also provided.

Outside, a large enclosed lawn garden with two patio areas, garden furniture and a BBQ suits warm evenings well. Two cars can be parked on site. Cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request, and one dog is welcome, though additional charges may apply. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure by 10:00.

Ilfracombe is around four miles away, with restaurants, a theatre and wildlife boat trips. The nearest beach is approximately two miles from the cottage, with Tunnels Beach at around four miles and Woolacombe at about ten, making this a practical base for the North Devon coast.
