The ground floor holds a twin bedroom and a shower room with WC. Up a flight of steep, narrow stairs, the first-floor master bedroom has a super king bed and an exposed stone wall feature. The top floor opens into an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining space with two sofas, a Smart TV and a large window framing sea and harbour views.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave and a fridge with a small freezer compartment. A washing machine is also provided. Families travelling with young children will find a travel cot, highchair and stairgates available. Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. The stairs throughout are steep and narrow, and some nearby amenities are reached via steep hills or steps.

On-street parking is available. A pub and shop are around 300 metres away, and the beach is roughly half a mile from the front door. The harbour and the start of the South West Coast Path are within easy walking distance.

Brixham is one of England's busiest fishing ports, with a working fish market supplying local restaurants with freshly landed fish and shellfish. Independent cafes, shops and eateries are close at hand. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure is before 09:00.
