Starboard Cottage - Brixham

Starboard Cottage sits within walking distance of the harbour in Brixham, arranged over three floors in the style of the town's traditional fishermen's cottages. It sleeps four across two bedrooms, with a super-king-size room on the first floor alongside the kitchen/diner, and a twin room on the second floor served by a separate bathroom.

The ground floor holds the lounge, with comfortable seating around a Smart TV, and a shower room with WC just off the hallway. Upstairs, the kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, making it practical for longer stays. The second-floor bathroom has a shower over the bath and its own WC.

Wi-Fi is included throughout, and both electric and central heating are covered in the price, along with linen and towels. One dog is welcome, though additional charges may apply. Guests should note that the cottage has steep, narrow stairs across its three storeys with changes in floor level, which is worth bearing in mind for anyone with reduced mobility.

There is no private parking at the property itself; a public car park is within walking distance, and guests can unload directly outside before parking. Brixham's streets are steep and often narrow, so some local amenities and cottages are reached via steps. Starboard Cottage has an adjoining door to Port Cottage next door, and the two can be booked together to accommodate parties of up to eight.
