St James Villa

St James Villa is located in Ilfracombe, within walking distance of the beach, shops, theatre and pubs. The property sleeps up to 11 guests across six bedrooms, making it suited to larger family groups or gatherings wanting space to spread out.

The bedroom mix includes a king-size zip-and-link room that can be arranged as a twin on request, two further king-size rooms (one also convertible to a twin), a small double, a twin and a single. Bathroom provision runs to one bathroom, three en-suite shower rooms, a separate shower room and a WC, so several rooms have their own facilities.

The kitchen is fitted with two electric ovens, an induction hob, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, wine cooler and dishwasher, with a utility room holding the washing machine and tumble dryer. Indoors there is also a cinema room and a games room with a pool table and table football, along with a smart TV. Outside, a patio area has outdoor furniture and a barbecue, set within an enclosed garden space.

Off-road parking is available for four cars, and Wi-Fi is included throughout the stay. Two dogs are welcome, though they must be kept on the ground floor during the visit. A travel cot and highchair are provided for younger guests. Check-in runs from 4pm, with departure required by 10am.
