This six-bedroom villa sits in an elevated position above Ilfracombe, with sea views and glimpses of the harbour from several rooms. Shops, pubs and restaurants are within walking distance, making it a practical base for those who prefer not to drive each day.

The ground floor is arranged for entertaining and everyday living, with a porch for coats and boots, a utility room fitted with a washer/dryer, a quiet reading room and a bright lounge with high ceilings, a Smart TV and games console. A cocktail bar area sits off the hallway alongside a separate WC, while the kitchen/diner has a breakfast bar, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and coffee machine, plus its own Smart TV and comfortable seating.

Upstairs, three bedrooms occupy the first floor: a twin room and a king-size double both with sea views, and a second king-size double with a bay window. This floor also holds a bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC, plus an en-suite bathroom off the master with a separate shower, freestanding bath and WC. The top floor has the remaining three bedrooms, a spacious triple room with a double and twin beds and dual-aspect sea views, a twin room and a double room, served by a further bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Outside, an enclosed lawned garden to the rear has sea views and garden furniture, while an enclosed patio at the front includes a small lawned area with a children's play area. Private off-road parking is available for three cars, though the driveway is steep and guidance is provided by the owners; free on-road parking is also nearby. A travel cot and highchair are supplied for younger guests, and up to four dogs are welcome, with additional charges applying.
