This three-storey house sits in a prominent position above Ilfracombe harbour, around 400m from the town centre and 200m from the beach. Panoramic views reach across the water from the bedrooms and front-facing windows, with a large sun terrace at the front and decking to the rear both looking over the harbour.

The ground floor holds an entrance hall, a lounge with a bay window and parquet flooring, a dining area with a large oak table, and a kitchen fitted with an island, prep sink, and a separate utility area with a Belfast sink, dishwasher and microwave. Two bedrooms sit on the first floor: a twin (convertible to super-king on request) with an en-suite shower room, and a super-king with its own en-suite shower room. A snug on this level has a smart TV and Xbox. The second floor holds a further super-king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a king-size room, and the master super-king bedroom with an en-suite shower room fitted with a rainfall head. A family bathroom and a second utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer complete this floor, along with two separate WCs elsewhere in the house.

Outside, the front terrace has railings and a gas barbecue, while the rear decking offers a high vantage point over the harbour, useful for watching boats or the lifeboat on training runs. Steps lead up to the front entrance and the terrace steps are unguarded, so young children need supervision, as do the glass cabinets in the master bedroom.

Up to three dogs are welcome, with additional charges possible. Parking is in a public car park rather than on site. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate can be provided on request, and a welcome pack is included, though guests should bring their own beach towels. The house sleeps 10 across the five bedrooms, making it suited to a larger family or group booking in one property.
