This contemporary family home sits just off the promenade in Ilfracombe, reached up a couple of steps at the entrance. It sleeps ten across five bedrooms spread over three upper floors, making it suited to larger family groups or gatherings wanting separate sleeping quarters rather than shared dormitory-style rooms.

The ground floor holds a kitchen/diner fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, along with a glass dining table seating the full group. A separate lounge area has a corner sofa, two armchairs and a TV, with French doors opening onto an enclosed courtyard fitted with garden furniture and a built-in charcoal barbecue. A lower ground floor utility room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and ironing station.

Bedrooms are distributed across the first, second and third floors. The first floor has a king-size zip-and-link room with en-suite shower room, a single bedroom, and a separate WC on the same floor. The second floor has a double with en-suite shower and a further king-size zip-and-link room with en-suite shower.
