Instow Farm - Orange Blossom

This barn conversion sits on a working farm close to Instow, retaining exposed beams, stone flooring and original lead windows throughout. The kitchen has a high ceiling and skylight, along with an electric oven and hob, a fridge with a small freezer compartment, and a microwave. A dining area sits in the window bay next door, while the lounge has a stone fireplace fitted with an electric fire and a television with DVD player.

The property sleeps four across two bedrooms. On the ground floor is a king-size bedroom with an additional Z bed, and upstairs is a twin bedroom; a shower room with WC serves both. Laundry facilities, including a washing machine and tumble dryer, are shared rather than private to this cottage, so bookings should factor in access alongside other guests on site.

Outside is a private lawned garden that is not fully enclosed, furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue for outdoor meals. Children can meet the farm's resident chickens, and lambs in springtime, while dog owners have use of a dedicated exercise field; dogs must otherwise be kept on leads around the farm site. One dog is permitted, with additional charges applying. Off-road parking is provided on site, and a travel cot is available for younger guests.

This barn can also be booked together with two neighbouring properties on the same farm, sleeping a further four and five guests respectively, for groups wanting adjoining accommodation; contact the property for details. Arrival is from 14:30 and departure before 10:00.
