This detached house stands just back from the beachfront in Instow, with its own garden and private parking. It sleeps four across two first-floor bedrooms, reached by an open tread staircase from the ground-floor living area.

From the front door, a hallway with shoe storage and coat-hanging space leads into a light lounge/diner furnished with comfortable seating, a Smart TV with a basic Sky TV package, and a dining table. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. A separate utility/games room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer, along with a table football game, and gives access to the front garden. A ground-floor shower room with WC serves this level.

Upstairs, the king-size bedroom has estuary glimpses, while the second bedroom has a super-king-size zip-and-link bed that can be split into twin beds on request. A family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC completes the sleeping accommodation.

Outside, the rear garden is fully enclosed and dog-safe, with a lawn, a patio area, garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue. Private parking is available for up to three cars. Two dogs are welcome, with additional charges applying. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am.
