Instow Farm - Cherry Blossom

This traditional farm property sits within the owners' working farm, surrounded by countryside views. It sleeps four across two bedrooms and makes a straightforward base for exploring the North Devon coast, with Instow among the nearby beaches.

The ground floor holds a bright farmhouse-style kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer and microwave, plus a table large enough for family meals. The lounge has exposed beams, an electric wood burner-effect fire set against exposed stonework, and a TV/DVD. A downstairs bedroom with a king-size bed and an additional single suits couples travelling with a young child, while upstairs the master bedroom has a four-poster double bed with beams and painted stonework overhead. A shower room with WC is on the first floor, with a separate WC on the ground floor.

Laundry is handled in a shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, used in common with the farm's other properties. Outside is a large lawned garden, not fully enclosed, with garden furniture and a BBQ, looking out over farmland. Children can meet the resident chickens and, in springtime, lambs, and a dedicated dog exercise field is available, though dogs must stay on leads elsewhere on the farm site.

One dog is permitted, with additional charges possibly applying. Ample off-road parking is provided on site. Travel cot and highchair are available for younger visitors. This property can also be booked alongside two others on the farm sleeping a further four and five guests, useful for group stays, and full arrival is from 14:30 with departure before 10:00.
