This three-bedroom cottage in Croyde sleeps six across two king-size bedrooms and a bunk-bed room upstairs, reached via a narrow staircase. A mezzanine above the ground-floor office holds a double mattress, reached by a steep ladder, though this space sits outside the stated sleeping capacity. Two dogs are welcome, with additional charges possibly applying.

The ground floor centres on a lounge with a wood burner, sofas and a Smart TV, opening through patio doors into a conservatory-dining room overlooking the garden. The kitchen has a table for four plus a breakfast bar, and there's a small office area beside a shower room with WC. Upstairs, the three bedrooms share a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC.

French doors from the conservatory lead onto a garden with a raised patio furnished for outdoor dining and a built-in BBQ and pizza oven, with a small area of lawn reached by further steps. Parking is on-street and subject to availability, with a public car park around 150 metres from the cottage. A pub and shops are nearby, and the beach is within easy reach.
