Smythen Farmhouse

Smythen Farmhouse sits near Berrynarbor, a short distance from Ilfracombe and Combe Martin, and sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms. A porch and boot room lead into an open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen warmed by a wood burner, with logs supplied during the winter months. A separate snug offers a quieter spot to sit, and a utility room and cloakroom sit alongside on the ground floor.

Upstairs, the king-size bedroom and the double bedroom each have their own en-suite shower room, while two twin rooms share a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. A further separate WC completes the layout. Smart TVs are fitted in the lounge and three of the bedrooms.

This is part of a small complex, and guests have access to shared facilities including an indoor heated swimming pool open from 9am to 6pm, a hot tub, and a sauna available during the off-peak season only. A children's play area and on-site livestock add to the setting, and a travel cot and highchair are provided. The garden and patio areas are enclosed, suiting families with young children or dogs.

Up to three dogs are welcome, with additional charges possibly applying. Parking is provided for one car on site, with further space available in a nearby car park for extra vehicles. Wifi is available throughout the property.
