Broadsands Barn

Broadsands Barn is a single-storey conversion sleeping eight, set near Berrynarbor close to Ilfracombe. All four bedrooms are on the ground floor: two king-size rooms each with an en-suite shower room and WC, and two twin rooms sharing a contemporary bathroom with a freestanding bath and separate shower and WC.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area has an apex ceiling and large windows looking over countryside and out to sea, with sliding doors leading straight onto the garden. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, while a separate utility room houses the washing machine and offers space for coats and muddy boots.

Outside there is a large enclosed garden with a seating area, a coal barbecue and a fire pit for cooler evenings, plus a dedicated washing area for dogs. Off-road parking is available on site, and a village shop and pub are within walking distance. A travel cot and highchair can be provided on request, making the property practical for families.

Up to three dogs are welcome, with additional charges applying, and the property does not accept all-stag-party bookings. Internet access is provided throughout the property, and arrival is from 4pm with departure by 10am.
