Bay Tree Lodge 35

Bay Tree Lodge 35 is a lodge at Watermouth, a short distance from Berrynarbor, on a holiday park with steps leading down to the property, so it isn't suitable for anyone with limited mobility. The lodge sleeps 8 across four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and bookings need a minimum of 4 people.

On the main floor are a king-size bedroom with its own balcony, a double bedroom with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a twin room with two singles; all three have their own TV. A separate bathroom on this floor has a bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Downstairs on the lower-ground floor, a second king-size bedroom has its own balcony and an en-suite with a Jacuzzi bath, basin and WC.

The open-plan living space combines the kitchen, dining and sitting areas, warmed by an electric fire alongside electric central heating. The kitchen has a double oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker, and four TVs plus WiFi cover the lodge. A highchair and a cot are available.

Outside, an enclosed wraparound garden has a lawn, a graveled area, decking and a hot tub, plus furniture for outdoor dining. Off-road parking is provided, and two well-behaved dogs are welcome, though they must stay on the lead around the park and be kept visible in the garden, where cutting can leave gaps in the boundary. Smoking is not permitted, and on-site park facilities are not included in the stay. The shop is 1.4 miles away and the pub 1.3 miles.
