This renovated house near Higher Clovelly, close to Bideford, sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The ground floor is arranged as an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, alongside a separate snug and a garden room with sliding doors onto the rear garden. Smart TVs are fitted in the living spaces, with Sonos speakers controlled from a wall-mounted tablet.

Upstairs, three of the four bedrooms have en suite shower rooms, while the fourth is served by a family bathroom with a bath and separate walk-in shower. A downstairs WC and a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher add practical convenience for a family group or gathering of friends.

Outside, the enclosed garden wraps around the property and includes a patio dining area, a charcoal barbecue, a fire pit with log seating and an outdoor games set. A private hot tub sits beneath an oak-framed shelter, and bathrobes and hot tub towels are provided. An adjoining enclosed paddock is available for exercising dogs, and an outdoor washing area with a hose is on hand for muddy paws after a walk.

Private parking is available for five to six cars, with an on-site EV charger payable via app at 35p per kWh. Starlink wi-fi covers the house and garden. Up to three dogs are welcome, with additional dogs considered on request, though dogs are not permitted upstairs; a stairgate, highchair and travel cot are available for families with young children.
