Clovelly Lakes Falcon Lodge Twelve

This single-storey lodge sits beside the lakes near Higher Clovelly, reached via three steps or a ramp up to the entrance. Inside, an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area forms the heart of the accommodation, with a Smart TV and DVD player in the lounge and a kitchen fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Sleeping up to eight guests, the lodge has four bedrooms: two doubles and two twins, with one of each room enjoying views over the lake. A bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and WC and a separate shower room with WC serve the bedrooms between them.

A wraparound balcony gives space for outdoor dining and leads to a private hot tub, while an enclosed, fenced lawn area below offers somewhere secure for children or dogs to play. Up to three dogs can stay, with additional charges applying. Complimentary fishing is available across five lakes on site, and a charcoal barbecue can be used during the stay.

Parking is available on site, and Starlink satellite Wi-Fi can be accessed at the lodge. Shared EV charging at 7kW is provided at reception, with an additional cost payable directly to the owner. A cot and highchair can be arranged on request, and the nearby beach, a gastro pub and a village shop are all within a short distance.
