This reverse-level property sits near Appledore, close to Westward Ho!, with living space arranged on the upper floor to take advantage of coastal views. Sleeping up to eight guests across four ground-floor bedrooms, it suits families or groups wanting bedrooms clustered together rather than spread over several floors.

The entrance hall has underfloor heating and space for outdoor gear, leading to the sleeping accommodation: a super-king bedroom with en-suite shower room, two double bedrooms (one with its own en-suite), and a twin bedroom, alongside a family bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC. Upstairs, an open-plan living area with a vaulted ceiling opens through sliding doors onto a balcony with seating. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and a separate dining table, and there is an additional WC and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer just off it. A separate snug with a corner sofa and Smart TV gives a quieter space away from the main living area, and the top floor has air conditioning.

Outside, an enclosed rear garden includes a patio with garden furniture and a gas barbecue, with steps up to a further lawned level with a seating and dining area and a private hot tub. There is also an outdoor hot/cold shower for washing off dogs or sandy feet after the beach, and private parking for two cars.

Up to three dogs are welcome, with additional charges possibly applying. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am. The coastal path is close by, with a pub, shop and beach all within a short distance for those wanting to head out on foot.
