Sky View Cottage

Sky View Cottage sits in Lynton, within easy walking distance of the town's independent shops, galleries and eateries. This two-bedroom cottage sleeps four across a king-size room and a twin, with a bright upstairs snug offering a sofa for reading. Two shower rooms, each with a WC, serve the property, and the ground-floor shower room also houses the washing machine.

The open-plan kitchen and lounge is set up for cooking and dining together, with a wood burner (a first basket of logs is included) for evenings in front of the Smart TV, which carries a basic Sky package. There's a separate dining room too. Upstairs, doors from the first floor open onto a small balcony fitted with a table and chairs.

Parking is unallocated on-street, with a public car park around 50 metres from the property as an alternative. Internet access is provided. One dog is welcome, with additional charges possible. Because of the full-length windows in the cottage, it isn't considered suitable for children under 12, though babes in arms are welcome.

Pubs and shops are around 100 metres away, and the beach is roughly a mile from the door. A walk around North Walk Hill starts within 100 metres of the cottage, useful for stretching legs with a dog before heading into town.
