This detached property sits in a raised position above Combe Martin, giving sea views while remaining within walking distance of the beach, pub and shops. It suits families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable base close to the North Devon coast, and sleeps six across four bedrooms.

Inside, an open-plan kitchen and dining room forms the hub of the house, with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave, plus a dining table for six and a wood burner. Patio doors lead out to the garden for meals outside. A separate lounge has comfortable sofas, a Smart TV with a basic Sky package and a second wood burner, with a first basket of logs included for each. A snug or games room offers a further Smart TV and board games, also opening onto the patio. Upstairs, two king-size bedrooms include one with an ensuite shower room; note that in one king-size room the bed sits against the wall, restricting access on that side. A single room and a zip-and-link room complete the sleeping arrangements, alongside a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. A separate WC on the ground floor houses the washer/dryer.

Outside, an enclosed garden includes a decking area with a charcoal barbecue and patio furniture, a shed for storing bikes or surfboards, and an outdoor tap with hot and cold water. A sloping driveway to the front provides off-road parking for up to three cars, with electric vehicle charging available on site. Internet access is provided throughout the property.

Because the staircase is steep and there are no stair gates fitted, the property cannot accept infants or children under three years old. Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. The party size is limited to six guests. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure is before 10:00.
