Shipwrights Cottage

Shipwrights Cottage sits close to the centre of Teignmouth, a two-bedroom cottage with a king-size and a twin bedroom sharing a first-floor bathroom that has both a bath and a walk-in shower. The sitting room has an electric flame-effect stove and a Smart TV, and there's a separate dining room next to the kitchen, with a dining table for meals in.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, fridge, washing machine and coffee machine. Gas central heating covers the cottage, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

An enclosed rear courtyard is a good spot for a morning coffee before heading into town, a short walk from Teignmouth's shops, pubs and restaurants, including The Jolly Good Fish Café, L'Invidia Ristorante and Pizzeria and the Crab Shack. Teignmouth Beach and the Grand Pier are also close by. Parking is on the road on a first-come, first-served basis, with additional space in a nearby public car park where fees apply. Guests need to bring their own travel cot, highchair and stairgate, as none are provided.

Shipwrights Cottage welcomes two well-behaved dogs, and smoking isn't permitted. The shop is around 0.2 miles away, the pub 0.1 miles, and the beach about 0.4 miles.
