The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining room runs the width of the apartment behind floor-to-ceiling windows, with a second glass-fronted balcony off the living space for morning coffee. The kitchen is fitted with an electric double oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, and there's a TV with Chromecast and a Sonos sound system in the lounge, plus smart TVs in both bedrooms. Underfloor heating runs throughout.

Access is via a stairwell and lift to the third floor, useful for anyone unable to manage stairs with luggage. Private, covered off-road parking is provided for two cars, though there's a height restriction of 2.25m to bear in mind. Internet access is available throughout the apartment.
