This first-floor apartment sits directly on the beach in Croyde, with its own private gated access onto the sand. It sleeps six across three bedrooms: two rooms with super-king zip-and-link beds that can be converted to twins on request, and a further twin room. There is one family bathroom, fitted with a shower over the bath and a WC.

The lounge/diner is furnished with two sofas and a wall-mounted Smart TV, and patio doors open onto a private balcony looking out over the sea. The galley kitchen has a partially sloped ceiling and is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, plus a dining table for shared meals.

Outside, a lawned area with benches overlooks the beach, giving a spot to sit before or after a walk down to the water through the property's own gate. Onsite parking is provided, and shops and pubs are within walking distance of the apartment. Woolacombe and Saunton Sands are both a little over 5 miles away, and golfers can head to the links course at Saunton. The Tarka Trail, with miles of level, traffic-free paths well suited to children, can be joined from Braunton, around 5.5 miles off. Guests visiting in late June 2026 should note that the Oceanfest festival takes place in a nearby field from the 20th to the 22nd, which may bring extra activity to the area.

As the apartment is on the first floor with no lift, guests should be prepared for stairs when arriving with luggage. One dog is welcome, though additional charges may apply. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am.
