This property sits on the edge of a working sheep and beef farm near Combe Martin, reached by a private drive with off-road parking directly outside. It sleeps six across three bedrooms.

The kitchen/diner is fitted with an electric range oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, with a door to the garden for outdoor dining. A separate utility room holds a further fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge has a wood burner, with the first basket of logs included, and French doors onto the garden, with a connecting snug offering a quieter spot to sit.

Upstairs, the king-size bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower, while the twin and super-king zip-and-link rooms share the second bathroom, which also has a bath and separate shower; there is an additional separate WC. Both twin and super-king rooms can be converted between configurations on request.

Outside, the private enclosed garden has a lawn, patio, a private hot tub and a fire pit with barbecue attachment. Internet access is available, and a travel cot and highchair can be provided. Up to five dogs are permitted, with additional charges applying, and from December to April guests may also use farmland on site for dog walking. The property draws its water from a private supply and is decorated for Christmas during the festive season.
