Down on the lower ground floor, an open-plan kitchen/diner is fitted with an electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a Nespresso coffee machine. A stable door opens onto the outside terrace, and there is an extending oak dining table with seating for the full party plus a second Smart TV. A separate WC and an outside storage room for wetsuits and wellies are also on this level.

Upstairs, the first floor holds the double bedroom and the bunk bedroom, served by a bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. The king-size bedroom occupies the second-floor loft, with a sloping ceiling and an instant hot water dispenser for tea and coffee. Stairs throughout the property are steep and may not suit those with restricted mobility.

Outside, an enclosed south-facing decked area comes furnished with garden seating and a charcoal barbecue, looking across town to the harbour. Parking is on nearby roads subject to availability, though a permit for the Oxon Cove car park can be arranged through the local council.
