Seaspray - Brixham

This Grade II-listed former coastguard cottage sits to the east of Brixham town centre, with a gate at the bottom of the garden giving access to the South West Coast Path, a saltwater lido and Shoalstone Beach. The cottage sleeps six across three bedrooms, with an additional sofa bed available in the ground-floor snug for up to two further guests by prior request.

The lounge/diner is the main living space, with sofas, armchairs and a dining table set against sea views, plus a Smart TV with some Sky channels. A second lounge on the ground floor doubles as a snug, complete with its own TV and sofa bed; a downstairs shower room makes this a practical option if the snug is used as extra sleeping space. The kitchen is well equipped with a double oven, hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, while a separate utility room houses the washing machine and an extra fridge freezer.

Upstairs, the first floor has a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with sea views, sharing a family bathroom. The second floor holds a further double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room, a seating area and views across the bay and harbour. Each of the two upstairs double bedrooms also has its own TV.

Outside, the enclosed rear garden has a large patio for outdoor dining and steps down to a lawn, both with views over the bay. Private off-road parking is provided for two cars. Two dogs are welcome, with additional charges applying, and a travel cot and highchair are available on request. Brixham itself is built on a steep hill, and some of its narrow winding streets are not accessible by car.
