This coastal home sits on a quiet street around half a mile from the centre of Croyde and its sandy beach, reachable along a paved path suited to walking or cycling. It sleeps six across three bedrooms: a king-size, a double and a twin, one of which is on the ground floor. Three bathrooms serve the house, comprising one bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC, a shower room with WC near the entrance, and an ensuite shower room with WC.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area forms the main living space, fitted with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and a Tassimo coffee machine, plus a Smart TV. Bi-fold doors open onto a private decking area with outdoor seating and a barbecue, and the property is surrounded by a lawned garden where dogs can roam, though pets are not permitted in the bedrooms.

Two cars can be parked privately at the property, and an EV charge point is available on site, paid for via an app. Internet access is provided throughout. Families travelling with young children will find a travel cot and highchair available on request, useful for a stay without extra luggage.
