Seascapes sits within the Granville Point development above Ilfracombe, a reverse-level apartment with the first-floor entrance reached by lift or stairs. French doors open into an open-plan living space with patio doors at either end leading onto two seaward-facing balconies, and oak floors and large windows carry the sea views through the room.

The kitchen on this floor has granite worktops, an American-style fridge/freezer and Neff appliances, with a breakfast table for extra seating, plus a utility room and a cloakroom with basin and WC. Stairs lead down to three ground-floor bedrooms: a king-size double with TV and en-suite shower room, a twin with TV, and a single, sharing a further ground-floor bathroom with bath and shower. The apartment sleeps 5 in total.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and a Tassimo coffee machine, and there are three TVs with Freeview, a DVD player in one bedroom, a Bluetooth speaker and WiFi, along with books and games. Underfloor heating covers the apartment, with fuel and power included in the rent. A cot and highchair are available for younger guests.

Parking for 2 cars is allocated within a gated car park. No pets are permitted and smoking is not allowed. The shop, pub and beach are all around a mile away, with the town's Tunnels Beaches a downhill stroll from the apartment.
