This first-floor apartment occupies a Grade II listed Georgian terrace overlooking Ilfracombe, with views across the town rooftops to the harbour and out to sea. Independent cafés, restaurants and galleries are within easy walking distance, and the beach and local shops are under half a mile away.

The sitting and dining room has two comfortable sofas, a dining table for six, a Smart TV and a log burner. Double French doors open onto a front-facing balcony furnished with table and chairs, framing the harbour and sea views. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine, and central heating runs throughout.

Three bedrooms sleep five: a king-size room whose French doors open directly onto the balcony, a twin with built-in storage, and a single. One bathroom has a bath, heated towel rail and WC; the second is a shower room with a rainfall shower, heated towel rail and WC.

One allocated private parking space sits directly outside the front door, a practical advantage in a central location. Children are not permitted on the balcony for health and safety reasons. Logs for the burner are available on request at an extra charge. Up to two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply.
