This apartment occupies the first and second floors of a Victorian terraced house in Ilfracombe, a short walk from Tunnels Beaches and the harbourside. Access is through the ground-floor hallway of the main house, which is shared with the owner who lives there.

The first floor holds a fitted kitchen with a dining area, a sitting room with traditional furniture, and a bathroom with a bath, basin and WC. Several rooms keep their Victorian fireplaces, bay windows and high ceilings, giving the rooms a real sense of space for a family stay.

Upstairs on the second floor are three bedrooms, two doubles and a single, sleeping 5 in total, along with a shower room with a shower, basin and WC. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, and there's a TV with Freeview, a DVD player and WiFi throughout the apartment.

Parking is on the roadside outside the property, first come first served. The shops and pubs of Ilfracombe are around 2 minutes' walk away, and the harbour, high street and Tunnels Beaches are all close by on foot. No pets are allowed and the apartment is no smoking.

Ilfracombe's harbour and quay sit close by, with pubs, shops and restaurants nearby, and the coastal path and Torrs Walk toward Woolacombe are both within easy reach on foot. Barnstaple is around 11 miles away for a wider range of shops.
