Capstone View

Capstone View is a first-floor apartment in the centre of Ilfracombe, close to the harbour, shops and pubs. The apartment sleeps 5 across two bedrooms: a king-size and a twin that can convert to a super-king-size on request, with a single day bed in the twin room for one further guest. Connecting doors link the two bedrooms.

The open-plan living area covers the kitchen, dining room and sitting room, with a bathroom offering a bath, shower over, basin and WC. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and a slimline dishwasher, plus a kettle and toaster.

A TV and WiFi are provided, gas central heating covers the flat, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. A travel cot and highchair are available for younger guests.

There's no dedicated parking at the property; guests can use free on-street parking nearby, on a first-come first-served basis, or a public car park around 350 metres away. No pets are allowed and the apartment is no smoking throughout. The shop is 0.1 miles away, with the pub and beach both around 0.2 miles, putting Ilfracombe's harbourside well within walking distance. Exmoor National Park is also close by, making the flat a workable base for both coastal and moorland days out.
