Seascape Retreat

Seascape Retreat is a single-storey, chalet-style holiday home set within Landscove Holiday Village near Brixham, Devon. Positioned on a corner plot, it sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and has a broad lawn running along the front of the property.

Inside, an open-plan living space combines the kitchen, dining and sitting areas. An electric fire warms the sitting area, where a leather sofa and armchair face the television, and the adjoining kitchen has an oven, grill and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer for home-cooked meals around the dining table. A furnished patio outside gives a spot to sit with a drink and take in the coastal air.

The double bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, and the twin bedroom suits children or friends travelling together. Both share a family bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC.

Parking is in the communal car park, though guests can drop off and load luggage directly outside the property. There is no WiFi at Seascape Retreat, and pets aren't allowed. The on-site facilities are currently closed for refurbishment, though guests can buy a pass to use those at the sister site, Riviera Bay. The shop is 0.8 miles away, the pub 1.1 miles, and the coastal path towards the Berry Head Peninsula and its Napoleonic fort is around a ten-minute walk.
