Sealawn

Sealawn is a ground-floor apartment set directly beside the beach at Croyde, with a private gate opening straight onto the sand and views across Croyde Bay. Sleeping six across three bedrooms, it suits families or groups wanting to be close to the water without a drive to the coast each morning. The surrounding area forms part of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and the South West Coastal Path passes nearby, with the walk to Baggy Point taking in dramatic cliffs and views over the surf.

The layout comprises a double, a twin and a super-king-size zip-and-link bed that can be split into a twin on request, along with one family bathroom fitted with a shower over the bath and a WC. The open lounge and diner has a Smart TV and comfortable seating, while the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave and dishwasher for self-catering stays.

Outside there is a lawned area with benches overlooking the beach, a spot for watching the tide from a seat rather than the sand. On-site parking is provided free of charge, and shops and pubs in Croyde are within walking distance for evening meals or picking up supplies. For a change of scene on an overcast day, North Devon Karting is around 10 miles away, with shops in Barnstaple roughly 11 miles further on. Anyone visiting in June 2026 should note that the Oceanfest Festival takes place in a nearby field from 20th to 22nd June.

One dog is accepted at this property from 1st October 2026, with additional charges applying. Check-in is from 4pm, and check-out is by 10am. Internet access is available on site, and the apartment forms part of a small complex, with towels included for guests.
